Oklahoma requires attorneys to complete a total of 12 CLE credit hours each year. The 12 OK CLE hours must include 2 hours of Ethics courses. 

Oklahoma attorneys must complete their CLE requirement by December 31st each year.

Oklahoma attorneys can carry over excess CLE credits to the next reporting period. A maximum of 12 total credits, including up to 2 hours of ethics or professional responsibility, may be carried over from the current calendar year to the next. 

Oklahoma attorneys must report 12 CLE credit hours (including 2 ethics hours) via the Oklahoma Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (OMCLE) website. Credits are reported by emailing verified certificates of attendance to mcle@okbar.org, with online tracking available on their site.
