New Hampshire attorneys must complete their MCLE requirement by June 30th each year.

New Hampshire requires attorneys to complete a total of 12 CLE credit hours each year.

The 12 NH CLE hours must include at least 2 hours of Ethics courses. 

All 720 minutes may be completed virtually. The NH Supreme Court no longer requires LIVE attendance at CLE courses.

New Hampshire attorneys can carry over CLE credits, with a maximum of 12 general credits and up to 2 ethics credits, but only to the immediately following compliance period, which runs from June 1st to May 31st annually. These carry-over credits must be used within that next year, or they are lost, and all credits must be reported by July 1st.
