Your CLE requirement must be completed by July 31 each year.

Mississippi requires attorneys to complete 12 CLE credit hours each year.

The 12 MS CLE hours must include at least 1 hour of Professional Responsibility / Ethics.  Up to 6 credit hours can be earned through distance learning courses.

Mississippi attorneys can carry over up to 12 CLE credits into the next reporting period. Excess ethics/professionalism credits can be applied as general CLE credits in the next period.

Mississippi attorneys have until August 15th to report their CLE hours earned by July 31st of that year. 

Attorneys may now go online here to report CLE courses, upload course certificates, and pay CLE fees. Mississippi's $1.50 fee per credit hour can be paid by check, cash, or money order.
