45 hours every 3 years, including

• 3 hours in Ethics / Professional Responsibility

• 2 hours of Elimination of Bias

• 1 hour in Mental Health / Substance Abuse.

Due to recent rule changes, there is no credit cap for on-demand courses. All 45 hours may be taken in an on-demand format.

The CLE deadlines for these groups are:

Minnesota attorneys have until August 31st to report the CLE hours earned by June 30th of their compliance period.

Minnesota attorneys can report their CLE compliance by logging into their OASIS account.
