For New Admittees:

• Complete your first CLE requirement by June 30th of the year following your admission.

• Must complete a mandatory ethics/skills course within 2 years of certification. 

Arkansas attorneys can carry over up to 12 total credits, including1 ethics credit, into the next reporting period.

Each year, Arkansas attorneys must complete their MCLE requirement by June 30th and report by July 31st. Find the form here.
